Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY All payments made to GRC™ | Grant Realty & Consulting Co. are final and non-refundable. By booking you agree to the following: PAYMENT Your payment secures your consultation time, preparation, strategic analysis, and administrative coordination — all of which begin immediately upon booking. All sales are final. No exceptions. CANCELLATIONS All confirmed sessions are non-cancellable. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment results in a forfeited session. No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. RESCHEDULING One (1) courtesy reschedule may be granted at management's discretion if requested a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made within 24 hours will not be accommodated. ACKNOWLEDGMENT By completing your booking you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full. This policy is binding upon payment.
