Investment $5,000 A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the intensive. After registration, a payment request will be sent. Payment must be completed within 48 hours to confirm enrollment. Cancellation & Payment Policy All payments made to Grant Realty & Consulting Co. / The Real GRC are final and non-refundable. By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Payment Terms: All sessions are reserved in advance. Payment secures your consultation time, preparation, strategic analysis, and administrative coordination, all of which begin immediately upon booking. For this reason, all sales are final. Cancellations: Once a session is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in a forfeited session. No refunds or credits will be issued. Rescheduling: One (1) courtesy reschedule may be granted at management’s discretion if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Requests submitted within 24 hours of your scheduled session may not be accommodated.
