We address inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable items under your consumer protection rights while educating you on sustainable credit habits. Cancellation Policy
All payments made to Grant Realty & Consulting Co. / The Real GRC are non-refundable. By booking and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms: •All payments, including but not limited to consultations, workshops, credit services, and full-service programs, are final. •No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early termination, lack of participation, or dissatisfaction once services have begun or time has been reserved. •Payments secure time, preparation, strategy development, administrative work, and access to proprietary methods, all of which begin immediately upon booking. Cancellations •Cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed. •Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will be treated as a forfeited session. Rescheduling •One (1) courtesy reschedule may be granted at management’s discretion, provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
